Board of Directors Work Guidelines

The Board of Directors of the Company carries out duties and responsibilities guided by the Board of Directors Charter which has been adjusted to the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies. The content of the charter consists of:

1. Legal Foundations;
2. Vision and Mission of the Company;
3. Membership;
4. Resignation and Temporary Suspension;
5. Duties, Responsibilities, and Authorities of the Board of Directors;
6. Concurrent Positions;
7. working times;
8. Board of Directors Meeting;
9. Reporting and Accountability of the Board of Directors; and
10. Review the Board of Directors’ Charter.
