Board of Commissioners Work Guidelines

The Board of Commissioners of the Company carries out its duties and responsibilities based on the Charter of the Board of Commissioners which has been adjusted to the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies. The content of the charter consists of:

1. Legal Foundations;
2. Vision and Mission of the Company;
3. Membership;
4. Resignation and Temporary Suspension;
5. Duties, Responsibilities, and Authorities of the Board of Commissioners;
6. Concurrent Positions;
7. working times;
8. Board of Commissioners Meetings;
9. Reporting and Accountability of the Board of Commissioners; and
10. Kaji Ulang Piagam Dewan Komisaris.
