Company Overview

PT Kresna Graha Sekurindo was established on September 10, 1999 as a holding company that carries out business activities in the fields of technology and digital, as well as the new economy. The Company has changed its name twice, firstly from PT Kresna Graha Sekurindo Tbk to PT Kresna Graha Investama Tbk in 2015. Then, the Company changed its name to PT Quantum Clovera Investama Tbk in 2023.

With the name change, the Company is optimistic that it can improve performance optimally and seize various potential opportunities, especially in meeting the needs of the community related to digital services. The Company is also committed to strengthen its position as an investment holding company, especially in the innovative and disruptive technology space.

The Company and Subsidiaries also mutually strengthen synergy in providing digital services and achieving targets as the main platform in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in Indonesia. The Company also strengthens its position as a digital business integrator by upholding the Company's philosophy, which is "Moment of Genius" which has the advantage to compete to lead the market through the support of infrastructure, a complete digital distribution network, and competitive human resources (HR).
