President Commissioner/Independent Commissioner

Surya Susilo serves as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of PT Quantum Clovera Investama Tbk (KREN) based on the resolution of the Extraordinary GMS on June 22, 2023. Prior to joining KREN, he served at The Nielsen Indonesia for 27 years, with his last position as Executive Director and previously served in several positions in the organization. He also concurrently serves as Commissioner of PT Mitra Angkasa Sejahtera Tbk, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) for Trade, member of the Task Force of the Economic Policy Impact Evaluation and Analysis Working Group (Satgas POKJA 3) of the Republic of Indonesia, Vice Chairman of Retail of the Indonesian Entrepreneurs Association (APINDO), and Advisor to the Indonesian Modern Market Supplier Entrepreneurs Association (AP3MI).

He perceives the development of the digital ecosystem and the Company›s persistence in surviving through challenging times and conditions, as evidence of KREN's efforts as a digital business integrator to continue to innovate for society. With his extensive experience and comprehensive network, he sees KREN's focus in the new economy sector supported by ever-changing consumer behavior filled with potential. Supported by his work in the consumer and retail sectors, he believes that KREN can take advantage of Indonesia's increasingly digital consumers, presenting a golden opportunity for the Company to be at the forefront of digitalizing Indonesia.
